ARK: ch 6 The day was nice and cool, Jenn had never really liked the hot weather that came and went in the summer months. It always made her feel so stifled, cut off from air and most of all, from her mind. Hot weather had a habit of sapping her strength too, she was always at her best when it was cooler and raining. The spring months suited her just fine, and the flowers that bloomed in the forest were so amazingly beautiful that it took her breath away sometimes. She had explored the forest around the church a lot when she was little, never straying too far from the path and always bringing back fARK: ch 6

ARK: Chapter 5 Jenn sat on her bed sheets, smiling a little at the job she had done cleaning her room and making it look nice. The sheets were spread and flat, as she had been taught to do so many times over the years. The curtains were pulled back and the sunlight came through to shine upon her face and body. She no longer wore the robes that she had gotten used to, but instead wore a heavy cloak that hung on her shoulders and a long shirt, leather gloves as well that fastened around the wrists to keep out the cold. ARK: Chapter 4 Jenn walked through the hall toward the headmistresses office like a person sent to die, her eyes downcast and her hands tight around her staff as she tried to come up with words to really express how she felt at the time. She would apologize of course, she knew that she hadn't done anything wrong per say, but had a habit of apologizing for every little thing that went wrong whether or not she felt she was responsible. With a sigh, the girl rolled over and stared up into the green-gold eyes that had met her every morning for as long as she could remember. Triphe moved her large reptilian head back and her eyes smiled. Rayina glared darkly at her. She didn’t want to get up yet. Triphe turned and ambled towards the mouth of the cave, the setting sun glinting off her red-gold scales.&

Dragons Daughter - Part 2Triphena scanned the countryside in boredom. She had already eaten enough to fill her stomach for the night, but it was still too early to go back to the caves. She felt restless. It had been too long since something had happened and she was getting one of her feelings again. It had been awhile since the last time she had gotten one, but she had been trying to ignore them since old Dylian told her that it was not something that happened to many, and that she would be singled out for it. She thought that they had stopped for good after the last time, but apparently she was wrong. She pushed the thought to the back of her mind, tuning her sensiDragons Daughter - Part 2
